What to expect
Every appointment with Anna opens with a short consultation. Bring photos if you have a specific look in mind — they help us confirm the tone, length, and finish before any scissors or color touch the hair. Anna works across cutting, coloring, and styling — ask at booking which look they recommend for your hair type.
How to prepare
For color services, 1–2 days of unwashed hair is ideal — the natural oils protect the scalp during processing. For cuts, come with hair clean and product-free so Anna can read the natural texture and growth pattern. Arrive 5 minutes early so the consultation isn't rushed.
Cancellation policy
We hold Anna's chair for you the moment you book. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment are free. Within 24 hours, the $50 deposit is forfeited and a 25% cancellation fee may apply to the card on file. Same policy for no-shows.
